Have I ever told you the story of my paternal grandfather‘s secret admirer, who used to send him postcards in the early 1900s?
Well, I don’t have time to tell the story today, but I thought I’d share some of the vintage Valentine postcards that my grandmother graciously held on to and passed along to my mother. All of them date prior to 1914 and were sent in rural Nebraska. I “inherited” them recently from my mother and look forward to sorting through them with her later this week.
